Responsibilities
We are seeking passionate software sales associates who enjoy customer engagement, building partnerships, and closing sales. You must be a strategic planner and go getter in sales.
For this role, you should have worked in sales for at least 3 years and possess these skills:-
- B2B Software Sales
- ERP/CRM Software Sales
- Channel Management / Distribution Sales Role in MEP/HVAC .
- Or You have enough established contacts base with B2B Distributor, Traders, Suppliers & Retailers
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)
- Energetic, upbeat,hunter, tenacious team player
- Adaptable and with demonstrable experience in high velocity technology companies
- You will need to be an excellent communicator in all channels (in person, online, in writing) and able to form strong working relationships both in person and virtually
What a Typical day for you :-
- Your day will be divided into these Six vertices, Plan, Execute, Delegate Follow up, Close, Manage, Manage all aspects of the sales process (prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proposals, negotiations, closing and account management)
- Gain the attention from your prospects, Example, Run sales campaigns via Cold Call, Email Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, SMS Marketing etc. Bring out the best strategy, which will attract customers, Get support from the marketing team or delegate to others team to execute your action plan fast.
- Create a Hook to gain customer appointment ( online,onsite)
- Show Product Demo to customer, Understand, Identify and provide right solution to all the objection your prospects Customer could have,
- Follow up and help your prospects in making decision fast,
- Meet and exceed individual monthly sales goals
- Convert Prospects into Customers and do the key account management with support from Product Team,
- Forecast accurate sales to management
- Manage quote creation, order processing, and internal communication with the Product team.
